How to Track Your Order

Check your emails – Find your Urban Celt order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you can't see it.
Open your order status link – Click the link in your email to view your order details and any available tracking information.
Follow your delivery – Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the tracking link to follow its journey to your door.

As our products are made to order, some items may be produced and shipped from different locations.

This means that if you've ordered more than one item, they might arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive together! You'll receive shipping updates as your items are dispatched.

If your order has recently shipped, it can sometimes take a little while for the courier's tracking system to show the latest updates.

Give it a little time and check again later. If your order is still being prepared, tracking information won't be available just yet.
