At Urban Celt, we offer FREE worldwide shipping with full tracking on all orders.

Many of our products are custom-made to order, so please allow time for production before your order is shipped. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and destination, with estimated times provided on individual product pages.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress.

Please note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different production locations and arrive at different times, at no additional shipping cost.

US Orders – Customs Duties & Tariffs Included

All US orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable import duties and tariffs are already included in your purchase price.

You won't be asked to pay any additional customs duties or tariffs when your order is delivered.

EU Orders – €3 Customs Duty Included

From 1 July 2026, the EU introduced a new €3 customs duty on qualifying low-value imports entering the EU from outside the EU.

Where applicable, this customs duty is already included in our product prices and paid on your behalf by our production and shipping partners. You won't be asked to pay this charge separately when your order is delivered.

Other International Orders – Customs & Import Taxes

Our products are produced and shipped from various locations, including Asia, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Depending on your country and where your order is shipped from, additional customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges or other delivery-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for any resulting return shipping fees, customs charges or other costs incurred.

Any refund will be handled in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer protection laws. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, busy holiday periods or other circumstances outside our control.
