WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE

Even though we are based in Co Kerry most our products currently are not produced here in Ireland at present due to the fact we can't find production partners to match our business model. We are a Print on Demand business which means that every order is custom made to order. We deal with a few different production partners from Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and Asia. Our Canvas Prints, Posters and mugs are printed to order in Ireland. The designs are all our own as we do all our designs in house.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER

Undelivered packages because of an incomplete address, Urban Celt will not be able to refund or reprint.
Please make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate and complete. For orders with the correct shipping address, the following applies:

Free Standard Shipping Undelivered Packages
If you have not received your package within 30 business days of the shipping date, please notify Urban Celt within 30 business days of the shipped date. We will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier and will issue a reprint free of charge with the same shipping method. If you have not inquired with us about an undelivered package within 30 business days of the ship date Urban-Celt will not be able to refund orders, exceptions are made to this!


The following exceptions apply:
During the 30 business day period, your delivery times include national holiday's which can delay the delivery date by additional days or an extended holiday (including Chinese New Year) which can delay the delivery date but with proper notification before submitting an order.
If it is an undelivered package which is caused by incomplete address, Urban-Celt will not be able to refund orders or reprint.
U.S. territories or an APO address standard shipping can range from 15-35 days or longer in some cases. Please contact sales@urbancelt.com for status after 40 days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you have not received your package and you believe it has been lost or stolen, please call your local shipping facility to get a proof document and then please notify us within 30 business days of the shipped date. Urban-Celt will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier and will issue a reprint free of charge with the same shipping method. If you have not inquired with us about lost or stolen package within 30 business days of the ship date, we will not be able to refund orders unless it was shipped by Express shipping.

WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Based on items ordered and manufacturing locations, packages may be shipped separately. With our manufacturing and printing partner centers located in the UK, China, the USA, Europe, different products are produced at different locations. For this reason is why we may ship your orders in multiple shipments to ensure your delivery is as quick as possible. In the event your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive different tracking numbers within your order.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

You are responsible for any fees incurred if/when transported across international boarders. As most of our products are produced in Asia you may be liable for customs duties depending on the country you reside, please check with your countries customs policies as we at Urban Celt or the Courier company are not liable to any duties that may apply.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

It's our priority to make sure you receive your merchandise without any flaws. This is why we proudly offer our 100% print guarantee! In the event your product is damaged or defective, contact sales@urbancelt.com You must contact Urban-Celt within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.
We will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost. Urban-Celt will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product along with an explanation of its decision.


Urban-Celt will not honour defect requests which are attributed to size concerns.
We strongly encourage all customers to review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your requirements.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We don't offer cancellations because as soon as you place your order we put your order through for production to ensure it gets made and printed in the fastest possible time to ensure you have your order within our estimated production and shipping times.
