Returns & Refunds 

At Urban Celt, every item is custom made to order specifically for you. We take great pride in the quality of our products and customer service, and if there is ever a genuine issue with your order, we will do our utmost to make it right.

Returns & Claims

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Examples of issues that may qualify for a replacement or refund include:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Misprinted products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Incorrect size sent by us

  • Lost packages (where confirmed by the carrier)

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs or video showing the problem

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your preferred resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit)

Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Sizing & Made-to-Order Products

As all Urban Celt products are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size by the customer.

We provide detailed size charts on all clothing and footwear product pages and strongly encourage customers to check measurements carefully before ordering.

However, if we send the wrong size item, or the item received does not match your order, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

Where a return is required, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us before returning any item so we can advise on the correct return process.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to appear.

  3. Contact your bank regarding any processing delays.

If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@urbancelt.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or where an incorrect item was supplied.

To request an exchange, please email sales@urbancelt.com with details of the issue and supporting photographs.

Shipping & Customs

United States Orders

All orders shipped to customers in the United States are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services wherever applicable. This means import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes are handled in advance, so customers should not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is correct when placing an order. Urban Celt cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Urban Celt complies with applicable consumer protection and return regulations, including relevant European Union consumer laws where applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

For returns valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
